FAQs

What if my kit is missing pieces or something is broken?

We strive to create quality products. However, because our kits are hand-packed, errors happen. Please contact us at kit2craft123@gmail.com, and we will work with you to solve this problem.

How can i view how-to videos from retired kits?

If you have a retired kit that you are getting ready to assemble but would still like to see the how-to video, you can go to our YouTube page, kit2craft123 where we have videos of all our current and retired kits. Make sure you subscribe to our page!

Why do my kit pieces look different than the ones in the picture?

Our kits are hand created, sometimes using a variety of suppliers and even upcycled items such as scrap fabric. This causes slight variations in kits. Crafts with these items are noted on their description page.

Do I have to use a glue gun or can I use craft glue?

This depends on the craft. We typically recommend a glue gun for most of our kits, but there will be times when different kinds of glues can be substituted. While we do provide instructions and supplies, we want our crafters to use their own judgement and make adjustments that meet their individual needs.

How long are each of the kits available for purchase?

Since all of our kits are handmade, we have a limited supply. We start with an initial batch and restock based on demand at local craft shows. If a kit is low in inventory or unavailable, we encourage you to reach out! If supplies are on hand and a request is made, we’re happy to assemble a kit for purchase. We’re always flexible and happy to help.

Are these kits designed for kids?

Our original kits were designed for adults, as there were limited craft kit options available for them. However, after receiving numerous requests at craft shows, we’re excited to introduce Kits4Kids—a new line of craft kits designed specifically for children and teens. We believe in encouraging creativity at every age and look forward to inspiring the next generation of crafters!
